SLABIB consists of circa 7000 references, drawn from bibliographies, web-sources etc, emphasising older sources rather than the latest journal. All of them are believed to say something directly about SLA. The last major update was in 2007.

Teacher's College Columbia University now keep it on their site, for which I am very grateful. It is probably most useful for its historical back coverage.
